*NEW* Brexit, Devolution & Civil Society report

It is crucial that the voice of civil society is heard in the midst of Brexit. There needs to be more collaboration between organisations, and more engagement by Government with civil society.

That was one of the key messages of a civil society conference held in Belfast in May 2019. The event was organised by the Civil Society Brexit Project in Scotland, together with the Human Rights Consortium in Northern Ireland and the Brexit Civil Society Forum in Wales, funded by the Legal Education Foundation.

Also highlighting concerns such as replacement EU funding, the risk to human rights and the impact of Brexit on social cohesion, the conference report provides a helpful overview of organisations’ concerns around Brexit impacts.
